Pryvé is private by design. These terms protect the circle.

2. WHAT PRYVÉ IS

PRYVÉ IS NOT:

  • • A provider of escorting or paid companionship services

Any attempt to use Pryvé for solicitation or facilitation of paid sexual services is prohibited and may result in removal.

3. ACCOUNTS, ACCESS, AND WAITLIST

  • • Pryvé may require an application and may maintain a waitlist by city.
  • • Acceptance is not guaranteed. Access can be limited based on capacity, location, trust, and policy enforcement.
  • • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU AGREE TO:

  • • Provide accurate information
  • • Respect boundaries and consent
  • • Follow Community Guidelines
  • • Maintain discretion and protect privacy
  • • Use Pryvé safely and lawfully

YOU AGREE NOT TO:

  • • Harass, pressure, threaten, extort, impersonate, or stalk
  • • Share private info (doxx) or leak profiles/messages
  • • Upload illegal content or content that violates rights
  • • Use Pryvé to solicit or sell sexual services
  • • Attempt to bypass restrictions, screening, or safety systems

5. MEMBER CONTENT

  • • Members may post profiles, messages, and content.
  • • You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Pryvé a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the service.
  • • You are responsible for your content and communications.

6. EXPERIENCES, MEETINGS, AND REAL-WORLD SAFETY

  • • Pryvé does not guarantee the behavior, identity, or intentions of any member.
  • • Experiences are member-coordinated. Pryvé is not responsible for real-world events, outcomes, disputes, injuries, losses, or damages.
  • • You are responsible for your own choices and safety when meeting others.

7. MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

If Pryvé offers paid memberships:

  • • Pricing, benefits, and availability may vary by city and may change.
  • • Billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund rules will be disclosed at checkout.
  • • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment abuse may result in restriction or removal.

8. ENFORCEMENT AND MODERATION

  • • Pryvé is not liable for disputes or harm between members
